Inspired by the Wild Nature of the Auvergne Volcanoes, our Gin invites you on a journey through a magical landscape, where forests meet meadows, light dances with shadow, and mystery comes to life.
Local botanicals:
Fresh Juniper, Heather Flower, Rosehip, Scots Pine Buds, Licorice Root, Tansy.
Distillation : Open fire - 800 liter Stupfler still
Distiller notes : An intense and complex Gin, revealing a harmonious blend of vibrant floral notes, aromatic wild herbs, and a subtle, delicate fruitiness.
Service : With a slice of Orange in Gin&Tonic, Basil Smash or paired with Trout gravlax.
MURA RYE
EAU DE VIE DE RYE
Cereals : 51% Rye, 49% Malted Barley
Distillation : Open fire - 800 liter Stupfler still
Aging : French & Bourbon Oak Barrels
Distiller notes : Amber color.
Nose of sweet rye bread with spices, prunes marinated in Armagnac, creamy vanilla rice pudding, dark chocolate shavings.
In the mouth, intense, round and spicy. White chocolate fondant with mandarin compote accompanied by a note of dark chocolate and truffle.

Double distillation - Open fire on a 1000 L Charentais still
Aging : New French Oak, Cognac, Bourbon, Rye & Sherry Cask Barrels
Distiller notes: Light yellow color with golden highlights
Nose – Pronounced aromas of cereals, exotic fruits (dried mango), white chocolate, with a touch of smoke. On the palate we find smoky notes, accompanied by coffee flavor and vanilla crème brûlée.
VERMOUTH
DRY
Crafted and distilled from a unique recipe of wild plants foraged from the Auvergne volcanoes, enriched with a blend of sweet spices, Hautes Terres vermouth offers a fresh take on the classic aperitif.
Wild Botanicals: Wormwood, Gentian, Verbena, Meadowsweet, Chamomile…
Distiller notes: Fresh and bright, slightly bitter, floral and herbal character with a touch of sweetness on the finish, lifted by zesty citrus. Well balanced, delicate infusion.
Service : On the rocks with green olives, vodka or gin Martini
